Holistic treatments

Physiotherapy

Manual Therapy

Physiotherapy focuses on the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, which encompasses all structures of the human body, such as joints, muscles, fascia, nerves, blood vessels, and their interactions.

Symptoms can occur in any of these structures and can extend from head to toe. Our body is viewed as a functional unit, and the cause may lie elsewhere than where the symptoms manifest.

Therapy includes various techniques, both treatments performed by the therapist to ensure optimal function of the structures, and active measures to optimize your health on your own.

It can be used preventively, for acute conditions, or for chronic complaints.

Massagetherapy

This treatment harmonizes the entire body and is individually tailored. You will feel the difference.

It incorporates classic elements of massage therapy, gentle regulation, and deep tissue release of both muscles and fascia.

It promotes release, relaxation, and regeneration.

Lymphaticdrainage

This therapy decongests and cleanses the body. It can be applied selectively, for example, to an affected limb, or globally to the entire body.

It has a draining and detoxifying effect. The special massage techniques help your lymphatic system to function more effectively and reduce congestion.

Lymphatic congestion, often referred to as water retention, can have various causes. Lymphatic drainage promotes the removal of this congestion, eliminates toxins, and relaxes the autonomic nervous system.

Targeted breathing techniques are also used to enhance the effect.

The symptoms can be temporary, for example, due to pregnancy or after surgery. Persistent swelling can also be caused by lymph node loss or venous insufficiency.

Craniosacral therapy

The spine, with all its structures, connects the skull and the sacrum.

For optimal function and cooperation, tensions in this system are released using gentle manipulation techniques. By harmonizing the nervous system, we support the body's self-healing abilities.

Early regulation of bodily functions is also helpful for babies and children to foster their potential. This therapy can help with breastfeeding difficulties, preferred postures, cranial asymmetries, bloating, restricted movement, and hypotonia/hypertonia.
